StickItHub is a small print shop in Mesa, Arizona. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We've written it in plain English because you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what happens to your data.
We don't require an account, and we don't ask for anything we don't need to print and post your order.
Your card details. Payment runs entirely through Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we couldn't retrieve it if we wanted to. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
To print your stickers, ship them, email you your order number and tracking, and answer you if you get in touch. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We don't run ad trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
Your artwork is stored so we can print it, and it's used for nothing else. We don't add it to a gallery, we don't use it in marketing, and we don't show it to anyone outside our shop.
We delete your artwork once your order is complete. Files are removed within 30 days of your order shipping — that window exists only so we can reprint if something arrives damaged or goes missing in the post. After that, both the original upload and the print-ready file are permanently deleted from our storage.
If you'd like your artwork deleted sooner, ask us through the contact form with your order number and we'll remove it once the order has arrived.
Designs you upload but never order are deleted automatically within 7 days.
We use a small number of services to run the shop. Each only receives what it needs:
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The design tool keeps your cart in your own browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't lose your work — that stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
The site runs over HTTPS everywhere, payment is handled by Stripe, and our API keys are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't hold card data, which removes the thing most worth stealing.
This site isn't intended for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we'll sort it out. We may need to keep order records where tax law requires it, but artwork can always be deleted on request once your order has arrived.
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
