How it works

Three steps. No design software.

The whole thing happens in your browser — phone or desktop. You build the proof yourself, so what you see is what shows up in the box.

STEP 01

Upload your image

Any JPG or PNG straight off your phone or computer. Remove the background in one tap, or keep it if the background is part of the design.

STEP 02

Add your border

Choose the border thickness and colour that frames your art. This is the line we cut on, so you can see the exact shape of your sticker before you order.

STEP 03

Pick size and quantity

Set your size, choose how many you want, and check out. Larger quantities drop the per-sticker price automatically.

The stickers

Most stickers are made to be cheap.
Ours are made to last.

The cheap stuff uses monomeric vinyl — a soft film held together with blended plasticizers that migrate out over time. That's why budget stickers shrink back from their own edges, curl at the corners, and leave a grey adhesive ring behind. We don't use it, at either layer.

What's actually in a StickItHub sticker

Printed polymeric film High-opacity white vinyl, eco-solvent inks

Broad-adhesion adhesive Medium tack, air-egress channels, clean removal
Smooth release liner Peels clean, no silvering under the print

Construction
100% polymeric

Both layers are the higher-grade polymeric formulation, not the cheap monomeric film most stickers are printed on. Far less shrinkage, better flexibility, and edges that stay put for years.

Thickness
5.5 mil total

2.75 mil of printed vinyl under 2.75 mil of clear laminate. Roughly double a standard sticker, and you can feel the difference the moment you pick one up.

Durability
Up to 6 years outdoors

UV absorbers in the laminate stop the ink fading or shifting colour. We test them on Arizona parking lots, which is about as hard as sunlight gets.

Adhesive
Sticks to more surfaces

A broad-adhesion adhesive that grips textured and powder-coated surfaces normal sticker glue slides off — then removes cleanly, even years later.

Application
Bubble-free

Micro air channels in the adhesive let trapped air escape as you press, so you get a flat sticker instead of a field of bubbles you have to poke out.

Origin
Made in the U.S.A.

American-made films, printed, laminated, cut, and packed by hand in our shop in Mesa, Arizona. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is imported.

About

A small shop that takes stickers seriously.

StickItHub is a family-run print shop in Mesa, Arizona. We're not a marketplace and we don't outsource — every order is printed, laminated, cut, and packed by the same few people, on our own equipment.

We started because ordering custom stickers online was a gamble. You'd upload a file, cross your fingers, and hope the thing that arrived matched what was in your head. So we built the opposite of that: you make the proof yourself, right in the browser, and what you approve is what we print.

We also refuse to cut the corner everyone else cuts. Every sticker gets laminated — not as an upsell, not as a premium tier, just as the way we make them. Skipping that step is the single biggest reason cheap stickers look terrible after one summer.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

If yours isn't here, email us and a human will get back to you.

How long do the stickers actually last?
Our materials are rated for up to six years outdoors, and effectively indefinitely indoors. The overlaminate is doing most of that work — it carries UV absorbers that stop the ink fading or shifting colour. Unlaminated stickers, which is what most shops sell, typically start looking washed out within a few months of Arizona sun.
What does "overlaminate" actually mean?
It's a second layer of clear vinyl bonded over the printed one after we print. It takes the scratches, blocks UV, and keeps water off the ink. We put it on every sticker we make — there's no version of our product without it, and no upcharge for it.
Why are yours thicker than other stickers?
Because there are two layers. The printed vinyl is 2.75 mil and the laminate adds another 2.75 mil, for a 5.5 mil finished sticker. Most stickers you'll find online are a single unlaminated layer around 3 mil. The extra thickness is what makes ours feel substantial and survive being scrubbed, frozen, and left in the sun.
Are they waterproof and dishwasher safe?
Yes to both. Vinyl and laminate are fully waterproof, so water bottles, coolers, kayaks, and shower walls are all fine. For dishwashers, put the item on the top rack and let the sticker cure on the surface for 24 hours before its first wash.
Can I put them on my car?
Absolutely — bumpers, windows, tailgates, and helmets all work. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol first and apply above 50°F. They'll go through automatic car washes without lifting.
Will they come off without wrecking the surface?
Yes. The adhesive is designed for clean long-term removability, so even after a few years it comes away without tearing into pieces or leaving a gummy grey outline. Warm it gently with a hair dryer and pull slowly at a shallow angle.
What kind of image should I upload?
The highest resolution version you have. A PNG with a transparent background is ideal, but our tool can remove most backgrounds for you. As a rough guide, aim for at least 1000 pixels on the longest side — screenshots and small social media thumbnails will print soft and blurry.
What if my image has a background I don't want?
Tap "Remove background" in the design tool and it's handled automatically. You'll see the result immediately, and you can keep the original background instead if you prefer.
Are the stickers glossy or matte?
Gloss is our standard finish — it makes colours richer and deepens blacks. We stock the same laminate in matte, so if you'd prefer that, mention it in your order notes or email us before we print.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one sticker if that's all you need. Per-sticker pricing drops as quantity goes up, and the discount is applied automatically in your cart.
Can I order more than one design at a time?
Yes. Design your first sticker, add it to the cart, then start a new one. Every design in the order is printed and cut separately and they all ship together.
Can I get a custom size or shape?
Sizes are set by the longest side, so anything from about 1" up to 12" is standard. The shape follows your artwork — we cut the contour, so a star comes out a star. For anything larger or unusual, email us first.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it. If we printed it wrong, cut it wrong, or it showed up damaged, that's on us and there's nothing to argue about.
Can I use artwork I didn't create?
Only if you own it or have permission to use it. By placing an order you're confirming you have the rights to the artwork you upload. We can't print other people's copyrighted or trademarked work.
